Personal Injury Bilingual Case Manager

Mid-size law firm and very fast paced, growing, and BUSY personal injury law firm is searching for a pre-litigation case manager to join our office in Houston, Texas (near Montrose). This is a great opportunity to work with a growing personal injury law firm. Are you looking into getting into the legal field? Are you a quick learner, proactive and organized? This is a FULL TIME, in-office position with room for advancement / growth.

We are looking for two (2) exceptional and well-rounded candidates.

Hours will be Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm.

- Heavy Personal Injury Case Management coupled with the usual responsibilities.
- Be up-to-date with each case. Follow Filevine checklist requirements
o Letters of Representation and welcome sent within two days after intake
o Letters and phone calls updating clients on case progress at each stage
- Posting all case information in Filevine
- Proportionately contribute to overall client satisfaction and firm revenue goals
- Detailed with a high level of accuracy, excellent written & verbal communication a must

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Great attitude and exceptional work ethic.
2. Results oriented, self-starter, with a high level of initiative.
3. Must manage highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
4. Ability and willingness to "hit the ground running" and be a team player.
5. Ability to multi-task in a FAST paced environment.

Hourly rate will be DOE - we are looking for high quality candidates and will pay accordingly. GREAT benefits include Health insurance, PTO, sick days, paid holidays and bonuses.
